    Refund Policy

    Effective Date: March 1, 2026

    Executive Diagnostics LLC provides mobile drug testing, DNA testing, specimen collection, background screening coordination, consortium/TPA services, and related compliance services. Due to the scheduling, travel, administrative preparation, and laboratory processing involved, the following refund policy applies.

    1. Deposits

    All deposits made for scheduled services are non-refundable once a collector has been dispatched or laboratory processing has begun.

    2. Appointment Cancellations

    Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to appointment: Eligible for rescheduling or account credit.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior: Deposit may be forfeited.
    • Same-day cancellations: Subject to travel and administrative fees.

    3. Mobile Travel Fees

    Travel fees are non-refundable once the collector has been dispatched to the testing location.

    4. Laboratory Services

    Once a specimen has been collected and submitted to a laboratory, no refunds will be issued for drug testing, DNA testing, laboratory processing, background screening processing, or consortium enrollment fees already processed.

    5. Client No-Shows

    If a client fails to appear at the scheduled appointment location and time, no refunds will be issued and a rescheduling fee may apply.

    6. Refund Processing

    Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the client's financial institution and payment processor.


    Terms & Conditions

    1. Services Provided

    Executive Diagnostics LLC provides DOT drug testing, non-DOT drug testing, mobile specimen collection, DNA testing coordination, alcohol testing, consortium/TPA services, background screening coordination, CLIA-waived point-of-care testing, and compliance-related support services.

    2. No Medical Treatment

    Executive Diagnostics LLC does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care through this website.

    3. Payment Terms

    Payment may be required prior to scheduling, prior to collector dispatch, upon arrival, or prior to release of certain services or reports.

    4. Mobile Service Conditions

    Clients are responsible for providing a safe testing location, accurate address, accessible contact information, and adequate lighting and a safe environment.

    5. Laboratory Turnaround Times

    Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary due to laboratory delays, shipping delays, specimen issues, or regulatory review requirements.

    6. Accuracy of Information

    Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Executive Diagnostics LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party laboratories, employer decisions, regulatory actions, indirect or consequential damages, or scheduling disruptions outside reasonable control.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All website content, branding, logos, forms, and materials remain the property of Executive Diagnostics LLC unless otherwise stated.

    9. Website Use

    Users agree not to use the website unlawfully, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website functionality.

    10. Changes to Terms

    Executive Diagnostics LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida.

    3. Payment Security

    Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Executive Diagnostics LLC does not store full credit card information on its servers.

    We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with laboratories, Medical Review Officers (MROs), employers or authorized representatives, consortium administrators, government agencies when legally required, and background screening partners.
